QUINOA PIZZA CRUST

I’ve tried and tested healthy and nourishing pizza crusts BUT this has to be the best one yet ! It’s so simple and easy to make.

Quinoa is naturally gluten free & is packed with protein and fibre, that’s what makes this recipe such a winner. The perfect thing about this recipe is that you add any toppings you want to your quinoa crust.

Quinoa Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS

White Quiona
200 grams
Salt & Pepper
To taste
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Quinoa Pizza Crust

STEPS

Start off by cooking the quiona in boiling water for 12 minutes. Strain excess water.

Transfer the quinoa into a blender & add the salt, pepper and olive oil. Blend for 1 minute - until the mixture forms a thick paste.

Transfer the quinoa mixture onto an oiled/ non stick pan & start pressing down and forming your pizza crust. ( wet your hands and use them to help form the dough )

Transfer into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Once the pizza crust is ready you are free to add any topping you like - you might need to pop it back into the oven for a few minutes until your toppings warm up too.
