BERRY CRUMBLE

I think this has to be my favorite recipe of all the things I’ve tried out. It’s super easy to make and made with such simple ingredients.

It’s warm, hearty & you’re sure to please whoever you treat this to.

Berry Crumble

INGREDIENTS

Frozen Berries
2 cups
Corn flour
1 teaspoon
Oats
2 cups
Maple syrup
2 tablespoons
Coconut oil
1/2 cup
Almond butter
4 tablespoons
Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons
Vanilla
1 teaspoon
Berry Crumble

STEPS

Start by putting 2 cups frozen berries in a pot and place on medium heat. Put the corn flour in a cup and pour some hot water to dissolve it - pour the corn flour liquid into the pot of berries. Cook over low heat for 15 mins.

While the berries are cooking start the crumble layer. Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and mix using a spoon.

In a baking tray place a layer of the crumble, top it off with the berry mixture & finish off by adding another layer of crumble ( sandwich the berry layer with the crumble layer)

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees
