BAKED CHOCO BANANA OATMEAL

Breakfast is always my favourite but time always gets in the way. Preplanning and preparing breakfast options in advance really sets the tone for a healthier day. Eating something in the morning helps with better food choices through out the day.

Oatmeal is a source of healthy carbohydrates which keep you fuller for longer & release energy slowly. Here is one of my all time favourite recipes.
